Support for the restoration of the farm is an important part of the objects of the association Syndicat d'initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La
Rawète.
This support is manifested in various ways: - Monitoring and building maintenance, minor repairs ... - Creation of activities for the building to live (heritage specialists know how a building renovated but unoccupied deteriorates much faster than another, reappointed). It is in this context that the association will continue the business market of used books in the barn. This market has been held from 2004 until 2011 January by another association: Au coeur du livre, and the health problems of its active voluntaries forces the cessation of activity ; this association winds up its stock of books in these February and March. La Rawète stocks up, over time, thanks to donations that have been made, on books and old or cuious articles, and is therefore able to "take back" and continue this market in accordance with its statutes. The profits will be affected again and again to achieve its purpose. The secondhand bookmarket thus continues!
